The hotel enjoys an enviable reputation and wide experience in arranging wedding receptions and other private functions. It is very important that on your special day every aspect of the event is tastefully and professionally carried out with no worry or last minute hitches. At Crantock Bay we pride ourselves on the comprehensive service we offer.

For over forty years the hotel has been owned and managed by the Eyles family whose aim has always been to offer a friendly, prompt and courteous service. Food is an important part of any function and great pride is taken in providing first-class cuisine using only the freshest ingredients. Our function menus give a broad outline of what we provide, but we will be more than happy to tailor menus to suit your specific requirements, with up to 100 guests for a seated meal.

The hotel has a full residential licensed bar and can provide a wide variety of beverages. We also have an extensive and varied wine list from which to choose, to suit any taste or pocket.

All table flowers and floral decoration can be provided by our experienced staff, but are not automatically included within any quotes. We can also arrange for a photographer, and will gladly recommend several should you so require.

Should you require an evening reception we can provide a variety of evening buffets to suit any taste or budget. We also have an entertainments licence for up to 120 guests. However, we do request that Wedding Parties take over all hotel accommodation for the very special rate of £45 per person for Bed & Breakfast.

A changing room for the bride and groom is always made available, and free accommodation for the happy couple should they wish to spend their wedding night at the hotel.

The number of people attending a function must be advised at least 48 hours before the date and this will be the number for which you will be charged. Unfortunately the hotel cannot be held liable for any reduction in the number of people attending a function after that time.
